   I recently upgraded my site to 3.2.1. Since the upgrade (or so it seems), I can't seem to add links to my pages. Whenever I try to add a link whether to an image or to text, it throws me to my posts page. I've tried different browsers on the Mac and PC and the results are the same. I even tried to add them manually through the html but it just doesn't save the changes I make. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? Am I doing something wrong?

   i have also same problem. When i click "add new link" tab to add new links for "Blogrol" section of WP dashboard..it redirects 404 Page Not Found error..
   please help..i'm getting tense..:(

   I found the issue on the troubleshooting post for version 3.2.1. Apparently it was related to the Koi theme I'm using. I've upgraded the theme and am now able to add links again.

   I have the same issue. What if the theme doesn't have an upgrade?

   Maybe try and e-mail the creators of the theme...

   Hi all,

   the problem might be related to a theme or plugin, as ayeletzweig suggested. Did you try changing the theme to the default WordPress theme and see if the issue still happens?
