   all of a sudden I can't add images to new blog posts. I click on add media above my post and nothing happens. Confused as this never happened before.

   Nothing happens? No error? Does it refresh the page? Does it keep loading?

   Does this happen with any image or just one image?

   any image- I click on the icon above my post and it should go over to window to add image but nothing happens

   iceberg, setup a fresh WP installation using a default theme and test. If it still happens then it's an issue with your host. If it doesn't, then your theme or a plugin is interfering with your normal media functionality.

   above your post is the horizontal list of editing icons, and above that is the upload/insert icon with the picture that says add media when you hover over it
