Can't add image gallery

I hope someone can help me. First of all the site is http://www.lumiereottawa.com

I think it may be a theme issue but perhaps not.

The problem is this: I have uploaded images to my media library. I’ve created a page called “Festival Photos.” When in this page and clicking on the add media button there is no GALLERY tab. Therefore, I can’t insert a gallery.

But when I’m in the Galleries section, the gallery exists…I just can’t publish it as I can’t seem to add it to a page or post.

What’s the deal?
