Can't add galleries to albums in NextGEN gallery

    Just updated my WordPress and my NextGEN gallery. Everything still works fine EXCEPT – Under albums, I can’t add galleries to albums. I can see them both, but can’t drag and drop. I’ve tried on 2 different computers (MAC OSX and Windows7) and 3 different browsers on each computer – no dice!

    Must be something to do with the installation. Anyone else having this issue?

    fwiw, I found reference to this from a year ago, but the fix suggested back then doesn’t seem to apply now.

    I am having the exact same problem. Another symptom is that you can maximize/minimize the galleries on the Album page.

    Sorry, that should have been “can’t” not “can” maximize/minimize the galleries on the Album page.

    Hello, i have a same probleme !!! . I can’t drag and drop a gallery in album and i can’t maximize/minimize the galleries in album setting !!

    NGG is in French and I have a error :

    missing } after property list
    [Break On This Error] title: ‘Editer l’album ‘
    admin….-album# (ligne 362)

    TIPS Remove a apostrophe in Translate file PO and MO
    for exemple “Editer l’album” remplace by “Editer album”

    Alex, that was it. I had to disable the SocialGrid plugin, and now it works. That is fine, those types of plugins are a dime a dozen. I’ll see if I can find another one that does not conflict.

    Please contact the author that he not add javascript code across all admin pages

    Alright, I figured it out. My theme was causing issues. Should have tried switching to default theme first.

    yes, i’m having the same problem here!

    For me, the problem was with “Use google libraries” plugin. Gonna disable and erase that one 🙂

    How is this resolved?

    I’ve upgraded to 1.7.2 and its still not working. Disabling other plugins is NOT an option. The only plugin that I upgraded was nextGen and the only one NOT WORKING properly is nextGen.

    I’ve downgraded back 1.6.2, where this problem doesn’t exist. So please, fix this problem and do not expect other people to disable their plugins to make your new upgrade work.

    The problem is obviously with nextgen’s update and nothing else.

    Correct, I think you get the point. Good to have user which really understand the way how javascript code should added to Admin pages
