MoneyEnergyI have 2.6 installed OK, I did it manually, file by file, carefully (yeah, that took a day). this is my second WP install, using bluehost. I have a WP 2.5 blog in my account too, in another directory.
Everything seems to be working fine with this 2.6 install for a new blog of mine. But when I go to add a category in the wp-admin page, the "add category" link doesn't even work. I've tried this using different themes and on different computers.
Is there something in the wp-admin.php file that I should be correcting or looking for? someone mentioned something about adding an .htaccess file to their wp-admin folder.... what is that, and would that help?
thanks for any help... I know it's a small bug but I don't really want to be adding more content yet until I can fix it.
