Cant add Categories

    I cant add categories i have Re ftp all the files associated with categories by the way this was a fresh install

    Version 2.6.2 wordpress

    A when Im writting a post >>> Write >>> Categories >>> + Add New Category

    or

    B when im in Admin >>> Manage >>> Categories >>> Add Category

    Nothing Happens and i mean nothing, no logs to show as nothing is initiated any Ideas ??

    I can edit Categories well the default Category at least

    If I had More info Id give it

    I am suffering this on my wordpress mu platform as well I do realize this is not a forum for that but it is a trend for me

    Has any one suffered this
    I can Convert Tags to Categories “Thank god”

    I just put up two new Blogs here is one below

    this Blog well both of these suffer the same problem Described above Cant Add new category
