   Since I upgraded to the latest WordPress, I can't activate or deactivate my plugins. I'm using Windows hosting. I've tried to delete the plugins and reinstalling them but they still won't work. WordPress gives the masage "plugin activated" when I click on activate but it stays on Actived and doesn't change to deactived. can anyone help?

   erm ok. delete everything and reinstall wordpress
