When I try the View all Comments button on my dashboard is displays and error that says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page". Has anyone seen this before?

When I try the View all Comments button on my dashboard is displays and error that says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page". Has anyone seen this before?
There is no 'View all comments' on WordPress.org self-hosted installs. Perhaps you're using wordpress.com?
