So I accidentally changed my WordPressSiteURL under settings/general to ngwphoto.com(my website name)- This in turn is not allowing me to make any changes to my website anymore, and I cant log in! Help! I really have no clue what im doing but had a decent site up and running- now it looks like this http://www.ngwphoto.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!!!!

It seems you deleted a lot more than you describe.
What is this file?

Are you running your site on iframes/ frameset? -
