[resolved] Can't access wp-admin or site index page -- likely suspects? (2 posts)

    Hi:

My webhost crashed on Memorial Day and my site went black. (Problem was one of the hosts disks was full.)

Site has not come back. Yet, through cpanel, phpMyAdmin, etc., I seem to have access to all the files.

What are the most likely suspects for me to troubleshoot?

    What could have corrupted?

.htaccess? If so, what would I look for there?

Likely this is NOT a WordPress issue at all, but something on the host's mainframe, since I can't even access static pages or image files on the server. But since the host hasn't figured it out, I want to rule out anything on my end, just in case it might be something I can fix. Obviously, I want my site back up.

Any suggestions of what I might look for? Anything in a typical WP install that could corrupt and block access to the domain?

    Thanks,

Problem solved. htaccess was corrupted. Don't know why. But it's fixed.
