    sooo i added an add-on domain on a friend of mine account on Hostgator because he can host multiple domains… i just wanted to test out the whole works with online hosting and using wordpress …. i got wordpress to install to the webiste (beta.com) , i got the mail and whatnot but im not getting access to the admin panel…can anybody assist me ….please

    Hello,

    When I try to go to beta.com no webpage is showing up, but when I look at the current DNS settings, beta.com seems to be pointing to it’s own VPS server? http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=86101E0C

    is that correct? Can you verify with your friend that those are the correct nameservers to use to point your domain to the WordPress site you created on his hosting server?

    If your domain isn’t pointing to the HostGator servers, you won’t be able to see your webpage or log into the admin area.

    @kelli ….sooo i found the problem …not only that the nameserver was wrong but also … >_> i didnt register the domain… so now i nkow what to do 🙂 thanks for your contribution ..it assisted me greatly

    Forgot my WordPress login and the email registered is wrong. Email should be Info@paintcityservices.com
    However the programmer forgot the s. Therefore my forgot email link want come in. How can i resolve my issue?
