Can't access wp-admin

Hi all,

I’ve installed all the files for wordpress in a new location for a new website and after following the steps mentioned on this link:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory#Using_a_pre-existing_subdirectory_install

I can’t access to wp-admin.php

Any thoughts on that? I’ve done exactly what I did on my previous website and it worked before but not now.
