Can't access /wp-admin/

    Installed W3 Total Cache 2/3 days ago. Everything seemed to work. Lately started getting errors like the one below. Found similar issues reported earlier but without a resolution. Could someone help?

    Is there a safe way to remove W3TC without accessing the admin dashboard?
