Cant access theme options

Hi,

I updated the theme to the newest version and now I cannot access the theme options, every time i click on them I get the following message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@worldofmobility.co.uk to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

It has confused me a tad to say the least.
