I don't know what happened but every time I try to access the admin area I get this message: "Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress."
What happened? I haven't done anything. Last time (few weeks ago) I used it and it was fine... Any ideas?
Many thanks!
Have you tried:
- contacting your hosts?
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
Hi Esmi, Thanks for your reply.
I don't there is anything wrong with the hosting as the website still is live. I just can't access the admin area. Again, I can't deactivate the plugins or switch to the default theme as I can't access the admin area. However, if you go to the main address: http://www.easyforyouservices.co.uk the site is live.
Any suggestions?
Thanks again for your help.
I access this page: http://www.easyforyouservices.co.uk/wp-login.php but once I type the login details, it goes to http://www.easyforyouservices.co.uk/wp-admin and shows the same error message.
Any more ideas?
Contact your hosting provider. That's a server configuration issue.
