First thing I would do is remove that code if you can. What code did you use and how did you add it?

I am guessing you use the slideshow template tag? The shortcode and widget wouldn’t do that. The template tag shouldn’t either, but if it was added into some other PHP code in the wrong spot or something it might.

If you added it via the WP theme editor, you’ll have to access your site via FTP to fix it. Delete the whole Meteor Slides plugin directory, if the template tag is broken and trying to run, getting rid of the plugin could fix it. After that get the file you edited and remove the template tag from there, you might have to restore the theme file from the original theme if it is messed up.
