Can't access site {fatal error}

    I had imported my posts and comments from my subdomain hosted wordpress to my wordpress blog at main domain. Now i can’t access my site. I get this error,
    Fatal error : Call to undefined function wp() in /home/ane2279/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    what is wrong, can someone please help?
