   I have BulletProof installed and have a malicious code and cant access the site... here is what I get
   locked request: File contains malicious code

   "locked request: File contains malicious code" is not a BPS message so this must be coming from some other plugin or maybe your host? If you are unable to access your site then delete the .htaccess file in your website root folder and the htaccess file in your wp-admin folder and see if you can log back into your site.

   I checked your website and it is hacked.

   Content from primatesgym.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page. Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware.

   If your website is already hacked before installing BPS then BPS cannot automatically clean it up for you. You will need to restore your website from a good backup.
