can’t access secondary email account

    I set up a secondary account for which I can’t gain access. I can’t figure out where to begin. Edits made at USERS (edit) are not going anywhere.

    Please help me figure this out. The address we need he3lp with is an INFO@ account which fields inquiries – very important!
