    Hi all
    I can`t access my site :
    Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://straightway.org.uk/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request.

I have replace .htaccess to default but there is no any different
no access to wp-admin as well

"It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly."

    That gives you 2 options.
Do you have FTP access to the server and can you login ?
If so, it's not down, then it's probably configured incorrectly.

I am getting an error code at the top of my page. It started last night after I updated some plugins. I cannot log on to the admin as well. Getting concerned.

Below is the message I am getting:

ecattel > plz keep it to one issue per thread. As much as your issue maybe looks like this one, it can be very different.

In your case you need to disable all plugins.
Please read here for more help on your issue.

If you can access the site through FTP then it seems to be reachable. I would sugggest reinstalling a fresh copy of WordPress on your site (don't delete wp-content, .htaccess and wp-config.php)
