Can’t access my admin-ajax.php

Hi. I just recently got my wordpress up and running and everything was going smoothly until I tried adding new categories, and this is what I get:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /divine/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

I do have an admin-ajax.php file, could there be something I’m missing?
