   I have 4 WordPress sites and all are down. Here is the error message I receive:

   The page isn't redirecting properly

   Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
   cookies.

   I've reviewed the forums and cannot find a solution. I've made absolutely no changes recently. I have added anything, updated, or removed anything recently. I've had my main site for over 3 years. I have no idea what to do.

   I contacted my hosting service since you can speak to a person there and they tell me it's a WordPress issue.

   I cannot login at all so even if I knew and understood what changes to make (which I do not), how could I?

   Help!!!

   I'd contact BlueHost as their name servers are not responding ..

   $ ping ns1.bluehost.com

   $ ping ns2.bluehost.com

   ^C
   --- ns2.bluehost.com ping statistics ---
   20 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 19151ms

   The nameservers for your site are ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com , and they are both'down" (not responding)

   Thanks so much. I've since seen that they're having power failures, but why they pointed the finger directly to WordPress and sent me on a wild goose chase today I'll never know. My sites are still not functioning, but I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
