Can't access dashboard

    Can someone please tell me what this means and what I need to do about it…

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in D:\sites\frontpage1\jlcross\webroot\blog\wp-admin\admin-header.php on line 129

    I haven’t posted to my blog in a while and also recently had a hard drive crash that wiped away my files. I retrieved my files from my web host, but I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the problem. I have been trying to access my dashboard and keep receiving the above message. Any help will be appreciated.

    Try using ftp or a ‘File Manager’ to replace the wp-admin folder and its contents with a fresh copy from the same version of WP.
