   I might have prematurely changed my url before my hosting was all set. I am now all set with godaddy but cannot access my blog and get into my dashboard. The site isn't live (autotexpink.com) and I think it's because I changed the domain in wordpress. When i put in the wp-admin, i get a 404 error.

   have you checked in phpmyadmin what the siteurl is in the wp_options table?

   the fake site we made (we're amateurs) was mofocommunications.com. If you go to that, you get the site, but not really (if that makes sense). The content is there, but nothing else. However, in the dashboard there are no pages, posts, or anything. I am very confused.

   all your css files etc are pointing to http://www.autotexpink.com is that the new URL?

   was the first url at godaddy also?
   the DNS at google hasnt updated yet.

   no, the first url was with bluehost.

   wait for the dns at godaddy to update and post when it has at godaddy.
