[resolved] Can't access admin panels: 404 page not found. (3 posts)

    Hi all,

I'm having trouble accessing my admin pannels. It all happened when I tried to put my site live today, I thought I had to move all my stuff from my subfolder to the root directory, which was apparently wrong as I know now.

So, I tried to get everything to the old state, which is right now, I even updated manually to the latest word press package, but now, when I get to my wp-login.php, I only find myself in a very blank html like page, not the former one with images and stuff. When I enter my login and password, it refers to a 404 Page not found error.

I tried browsing some documentation and even followed the steps in the login-trouble document, but still, this is not solved.

The display of my actual page is also just html without any formatting or images. Anybody got a hint? Really desperate.

    Here for reference:

    Thanks a lot in advance!

Your WordPress database is configured to work with kr8bureau.at site. Look at this guide or replace strings in database manually.

Thanks a lot for the hint. That's what I thought. I tried this, actually refering to the site you just mentioned.

Do you happen to know how I can change this manually without accessing the admin panel?

    Thanks again.
