   Hi,
   I have just tried to do a manual upgrade from 2.9.2 to 3.0 (attempting to do an automatic upgrade returned a fatal error: not enough free memory).
   I followed all the instructions for the manual upgrade but now i cannot access the admin page for the current install.

   Would it be because of the different URL's?

   Try resettings your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
