cann’t seem to disable comments?

    This seems to be an ongong problem with WordPress? Spam from online gambling sites?

    My problem is despite having turned on comments on ALL artical/postings, comments can still be posted, in this case my gambling sites.

    What forms and code would I have to remove to get rid of comments all gather?
