Cannot write posts or pages (3 posts)

Everything seems to work except for writing content on posts and pages, likewise editing the content of the original "Hello World" post. Titles can be entered and edited, but the Post elements cannot. Actually, I can edit short snippets If I'm fast--there is about a three second period in which the Post window is functional, but as soon as all the formatting icons are loaded it shuts down.

I had this problem the first two times I installed it but it finally worked the third time. Then, after getting my blog fixed up and looking nice (many hours of intense labor) the whole thing fell apart again.

I have had that problem with tinymce and fck editors.

You might notice that your browser's java parser is putting out an 'access denied' error.

Try adding 'www' to the beginning of the url you type to access the admin panel, or if it is there, remove it.

I wish I had a fix for you where you could type either to access your page, but you could always rewrite your htaccess file to append or remove the www accordingly :(

Notice that at the top of this page it says wordpress.org and not http://www.wordpress.org. If you type the www in there, it strips it away. I guess everyone has this problem.

I had this same problem when I installed WordPress through my web host's Cpanel. It automatically made my blog at http://yourdomain.com.

I had to go into wp-admin / Options / General then change the URLs to http://www.yourdomain.com and then the post function and category functions worked fine.
