    Hi,

The slideshow should be available on all devices that have a browser. Perhaps JavaScript (which is required to run the slideshow) has been disabled, here’s how you can re-enable it.

    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

I do have Javascript enabled. I have even deleted all cookies, cache etc. YOu see the picture try to load for a sec and then it goes white. Any more ideas? I also turned private browsing off and still same thing.

    Thanks

    Stefan,

One more thing, when I click on the area that the slide show is on it gives me the option to copy. So it obviously knows it is there, but there is no picture. I am using iOS 6 and 6.01 but same result. iPhone 4S and iPad 3

    Hi Peter,

That’s strange, the slideshow is working on my Android device (version 2.3.6). I’m glad it’s not an iOS exclusive problem, though.

Could you perhaps try to disable some plugins, to see if any of them may be conflicting with the slideshow?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

You are right… the plugin that is causing conflict is

    http://vm.xmlswf.com/wordpress-plugins/wp-bliss-gallery

But this widget is not running on this page but will be on a separate page. Does this affect things as well? The issue is the bliss galley plugin is what we are heavily considering in using b.c of ease of use. If you have seen something else that will work that would be great too We need pictures in multiple categories.

btw – if we end up using your plugin we would like to donate to your cause 🙂 will we be able to get a receipt?
    Thanks

It could affect the plugin, depending on whether its scripts are placed on each page or just on the ones it needs to be.

Bliss Gallery looks great for working with categorized images indeed. Doing something like that with the Slideshow plugin would require a bit of JavaScript coding.

If you end up choosing the Slideshow plugin it’d be great. Please send me and e-mail at wordpress@stefanboonstra.com if you do, so I can send a screenshot of the PayPal transaction in return, if that suffices.
