cannot use gravity fatal errors

    Hi Guys, I just bought gravity forms for £199 dollars in order to get leads in Capsule. however is doesn’t work.

    I don’t know enough to diagnose this, however it is critcal that i get this working ASAP. If i don’t I shall have to drop Capsule and find another CRM.
