Hi,
I'm having trouble uploading since upgrading to 3.3.1. I can select files in media uploader and click upload, but when media uploader refreshes to show the newly uploaded image - it doesn't seem to be there. I don't get any error message when uploading the file & when I check the relevant uploads folder in the ftp, the image isn't there.
The uploads folder & children are all writable and I've been through the all master list suggestions(disabling plugins, switching to the new theme, replacing wp_includes and wp_admin etc.) but none of these seem to solve the problem.
Check your uploads path in Settings -> Media.

Thanks, the upload path was incorrect so I've changed it to the default.
I recently moved my wp and the incorrect path was a full link to the old wp-content folder 'example.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads' rather than the default 'wp-content/uploads'.
The images seem to be uploading now, but the thumbnail in the media uploader still isn't showing up and when I insert them into the post they won't appear. If I edit the image in wp (e.g. crop it) and the insert into post, then it shows up in the post. Still no thumbnail though.
If you've moved hosts, then it could be a server issue.
