Cannot update WP-error mesage

    I tried to update to the latest version of WP, and I got this error message:

    “Could not create directory.: /home/fourlegg/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-3.tmp

    Installation Failed”

    What does that mean and how do I fix it?
