    Greetings,

    Your plugin is just what I am looking for. I have a page at http://goo.gl/OZSsYS

    I followed the directions pretty darn accurate, but cannot seem to get the footer to show. The Preview of the Footer is just what I would like.

    I have tried the advance box with and without twentytwelve_credits in the Footer Action Hook. I have the Footer Copyright Widget in the Credibility Footer, but just cannot get it to show up. It was so smooth to that point.

    I would really appreciate your help on this.

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Good news. I had commented out the credits section which also took out the footer. But, now I have a large white block above the footer. How can I get rid of this?

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Got It!

    I added this to the child theme and it was taken care of.

    .site-content article {
    margin-bottom: 0;
    padding-bottom: 0;
    }

    LOL, you can mark this thread resolved and hope it helps someone else.

    I've got the same issue... Do you still know how you got it shown on the site? I'm only using the creditwidget...

    @VBKU - please post a URL.

    The footer widgets need to be placed in a widget area.

    For some themes there is a widget area already available; for others you need to create get Footer Putter to create a widget area for you.

    Generally, if you do need to add a widget area, you can create one at the wp_footer hook, or for better presentation choose one the hooks provided by your theme.

    Here is a post about the settings for some common themes
