• Owing to illness and computer problems I did not post since last September. Now I find that although all my posts are in the database and appear on my site only the last one appears in the dashboard. The “at a glance” area shows 1 post and 71 comments which is somewhat ludicrous!
I have checked all of my settings and changed only one in the ‘General’ area as it referred my blog address to a previous folder.
I can access the ‘add new’ area but haven’t yet posted.
My URL is rhmercer.com if it is of any help.
I trust someone out there has a solution for my problem.

  • Disable plugins, switch to the default theme.

There’s little else it could be, so i’d be surprised if the two above suggestions don’t yield a result… 😉

Delete this post or redo it , but do not paste contents straight from Microsoft Word. Then use the Insert from Word button above the edit box.

Of course, good suggestion if you’re pasting from Word, i never thought of that… 😉

Sorry guys. I am still having multiple problems with my right leg which makes it almost impossible to walk or live without pain in spite of medication. Consequently I haven’t been using my computer for a while. Thanks for the suggestions and I will, given time, try disabling plug-in and using the default theme. I do not usually write my posts in Word but do so directly from Dashboard. Perhaps using Insert from Word will give better formatting.
    Thanks again.
