Cannot register on Weaver support forum

I know that I should post my support requests on the official Weaver support forum, but it won’t let me complete the registration process. I keep getting the page with “You need to confirm your email address. Click here to resend the confirmation email.”, but I don’t receive the confirmation email, no matter how many times I click on the resend link. I have checked my spam folder, but no confirmation mails.

Is this a known issue?

When the site is up and working (there was some downtime due to a hosting company hardware crash), we have not gotten any reports about this as an issue.
