I just downloaded WP e-commerce and have been inputting all my products and such. I created a test product for $1.00 to ensure everything worked smoothly. I’ve tried using PayPal Pro, PayPal Payments Standard, and PayPal Express Checkout, singularly and combined, and cannot get either to work. When I click purchase it only reloads the checkout page and nothing else happens. Can someone help?

  • URL?

Have you checked for conflicts with other plugins or your theme?

    Hello,
Check if you have the Shipping same as billing option enabled and if you do try to disable that and try again.
Also you can enable debug in wp-config.php file and see what errors show up.

The test product is under classes-ce seminars-seminars

I have changed the theme to WP default and still have the problem. I have also tried disabling the shipping same as billing option and it still does the same thing. I have deactivated every other plugin but WP ecommerce and still have the same problem.
    How do I enable debug?

in your website FTP, in the main location where the index.php and wp-content/wp-admin folders are there is a file called wp-config.php

Open up that file and look for the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); line.
Change the false to true and then try to checkout again.

Thank you. This is the message I get.

Notice: ob_end_clean() [ref.outcontrol]: failed to delete buffer. No buffer to delete. in /home2/sbell180/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/parts/class-content-page.php on line 64

    Could be a theme issue.
Change to the 2010 theme from wordpress. Flush theme cache from the presentation page and also disable all non store plugins and then give it another try.

    I just noticed right now.
On the checkout page please enable the Country and the State fields.

That fixed it. But now I have to have PayPal Pro 2.0 for PayPal Payments Standard 2.0 to show up and the PayPal Pro doesn’t work. Is there any way to just have the Standard version without the Pro activated?

Where don`t they show up ?

Nevermind. I’m sorry. I figured it out messing around with some settings. Thank you!
