Cannot publish or save posts, drafts, pages

I have several wordpress blogs installed on my domain and all of them have the same problem; I cannot publish a new post or page, save a draft, or edit pages or posts.

When it tries to save a draft, or if I try to publish or save, it loads all or part of the blogs main page. Example; when I try to publish a new post to my blog located at http://www.legendoftheztarr.com/blog, instead of publishing, it brings me to http://www.legendoftheztarr.com.

When I try to publish a new post to my blog http://www.saramayhew.com/blog, it loads part of the html on http://www.saramayhew.com into the space where it shows the word count for the post…and will also load it in the tag box at the side if I click on “choose from the most popular tags”.

My other site, when I try to save/publish, loads the styles and images of the main site weirdly mixed in with the post-new.php page.

I have tried deactivating all plugins.
