Cannot publish form and error in forms list

    The forms do not save. When I press “Publish” the laoding icon spins around forever and the page does not update.

    When I go back to the forms list, the changes I’ve made have been reset, although it’s still there in draft mode.

    Also, I get these errors under post type, post status and guest post:

    I’m using the premium version and the latest version of the plugin.
