   Hello,

   I just did an upgrade of my WordPress installation using my FTP client from 2.7.1 to 2.9.1. Suddenly, I cannot open my wp-admin page. DNS has been resolved already as I can open other files in the URL such as http://deblogged.co.cc/license.txt, but not wp-admin.

   Using Opera, it displays 'Remote server or file not found'.

   Help, please.

   Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin

   Hi, used the phpMyAdmin method. Still does not work. Shows the same error message on my browser.

   You could try a complete re-upload using a fresh download of WordPress in case you have a couple of bad files in there.
