   When I log the webpage sends these messages:

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-config.php:1) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-login.php on line 354

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-config.php:1) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-includes\pluggable.php on line 702

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-config.php:1) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-includes\pluggable.php on line 703

   I have edited the file ws-login.php, but I cant find the error as I don´t understand PHP code.
   Can anyone help me?

   looks like you have blank space before <?php in your wp-config.php file check there is no blank line above also
