when i want to update new post there is error like that

Nothing is uploading im totally in trouble..

I cannot even log in to my blog because, whenever I attempt to do so, I get the same message that techabsolute gets. So, Samuel B, how do I deactivate the "add to any plugin" if I can't log in?
Login via SSH or FTP and delete the folder of the plugin directly. This will turn it off in your WP install.
