   Hi,

   I typically use FF however, I noticed that I am unable to add a text widget form IE. I add the text widget to a particular sidebar & when I click edit, the text widget disappears as if I've done nothing. However, when I try to leave the page, the warning displays confirming that I want to leave the page without saving the changes.

   To better diagnose, I performed this with 3 different sites/urls, on 2 computers, one w/ IE7 & one w/ IE8, used different themes both with & without any plugins and still... the same problem.

   Any ideas?

   You have to add the widget, save and then edit the widget and save.

   Thanks...yeah...I've been reading up on the issue. I though the issue was resolved back with one of the 2.5 versions, but apparently not as I am running 2.7.1.
