I cannot login to my WordPress dashboard. I click on login but am simply taken back to the home page. I have tried going in on the URL ie;
http://www.focusonoptics.com/WordPress/wp-login.php but with exactly the same result - after a moment I am taken back the home page. What is the problem here?

Try:
- switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
Once you're back in, reactivate your theme and plugins one-by-one until you find the culprit.

Thanks for the help. I did the dance with the plugin folders and managed to log in. I'm pretty sure I know which plugin is the culprit. Learning slowly but surely!
