I wanted to start from scratch with my wordpress and deleted and then re-FTPed everything in relation to it on my cpanel.
Now I am unable to open my dashboard and am instead receiving the message below.

I have tried uploading to my cpanel multiple times and also changed my IP address to 000.000.000 briellewill.com/wordpress in the terminal.

Nothing I have tried has worked and I have not found any forums with this exact issue. Can anybody help me?

    "Not Found

The requested URL /wordpress/wp-login.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Are you sure that you uploaded everything to the corect folder? I ask this because there's nothing in the /wordpress/ folder of your site, so no matter what you do you'll get a "not found" error because there's jsut nothing there.

    Thanks for your response.
I have definitely uploaded everything I can. I would love to be able to just start from scratch at this point as this is very frustrating.
I am at a loss for everything right now and cannot pinpoint what the issue is or why, in fact, nothing seems to be uploading, as you stated.

    Any advice?

I didn't ask if you uploaded everything, I aksed if you were 100% sure that you've uploaded it to the right place on the server.

If you are 100% sure that you did, contact your hosting company and ask them why it's not showing up as they are the ones that will be able to see what their server is doing.

If you are not sure, go and double (or triple) check where the files are actually being uploaded to. Right now I'd bet that you've uploaded them to the wrong folder.

I see that I am getting this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/briw/public_html/wordpress/wp-config.php on line 62

delete wp-config.php file and run your install again
using http://briellewill.com/wordpress if you have all files and folders in that wordpress folder
