I have been locked out of admin, this happened as soon as I cleared the cookies on my browser:
Here is the message I am getting:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/genuwine/public_html/allfreedietplans.com/wp-content/themes/addsense/functions.php:6) in /home/genuwine/public_html/allfreedietplans.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850
Have not touched either the functions.php NOR the pluggable.php at all prior to this issue.

Never mind, just went to functions.php and cleared the blank space by pressing delete several times after the close tag, ?> and this seemed to do the trick. Strange as no text was visible but obviously something was there, hope this helps someone else!

I had the same problem, but at the end of my wp-config.php file

I'm having the same problem with my wp-login.php. Can't find a solution though....
any thoughts?
