Cannot login or access site

    ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename the /lightword folder that is inside the /wp-content/themes folder
    this will bring up twenty ten theme and let you log in

    I have a similar problem. Last week I gave my developer a new access to the site to solve a problem and deleted his old account. I didn’t realize that in doing this I would delete the content he had built.

    The latest problem is that when I try to log in I get the following message:

    You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please restore it and try again.

    Ideally I would like it back in the time before the problems from the back up on the server. What do I do and how do I do it? (I am not a technical person so any advice would need to be very simple please 🙂
