Cannot log in to dasboard

    Hi,

    Can some one tell me what is going on?
    Am not new to wordpress i have installed a number of blogs using wordpress and they are all working fine. but the last one i installed went on fine but after a day i cannot log into my admin area, when i put in the username and pass word the submit button do not activate.

    I log in to the cpanel and check the error logs and this is what i got

    [05-May-2011 17:45:24] PHP Warning: Module ‘ffmpeg’ already loaded in Unknown on line 0

    any help?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
