   When I try to upload a .zip template created in Artisteer, I get this error message:

   "Unable to create directory /home/users/web/b1135/ywh.georgiaquiltcounci/nt/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

   From what I have read, I need to set permissions at 777. My service provider won't do that, and I can't do it. Now what do I do?

   you could use ftp to upload the theme into the wp-content->themes folder

   it will then appear in your themes menu to activate
   (unarchived of course, a zip file won't work)
