Cannot link to tabs

I cannot seem to link to content that is under tabs.

For example: on http://www.amicus-cloud.com/features/professional-practice/ there are tabs across the top called “client matter files”, “Calendaring”, “Tasks”, etc… these tabs don’t seem to have urls associated with them. I would like to be able to link to the content under those tabs.

How can I do this? Keeping in mind my technical / coding abilities are very limited.
