Cannot Install Plugin

I do a search for WP Super Cache in WordPress on my website, under plugins. It pulls it up but says “unavailable” underneath it to where I can’t install. There is a question mark below to the right of it and if I hover my mouse over it, it says this, “This plugin is not allowed on our system due to performance, security, or compatibility concerns. Please contact our support with any questions.”

What does this mean? Why can’t I install? How can I fix this? If I can’t use this plugin which is highly recommended to me, are there any ones that are just as good I can try and install?
